Bad service i received at Le Morgan,

I purchased a few items with Le Morgan because of how they claim quality, first order was an air fryer and pots which i was happy about, second order was a comforter sets with curtains and some pan, last order iron and ironing board. My problem came with the second order which their comforter stiches where coming out and it is fading( i had asked the cash price for it and was told its 5000), to me that was a best quality comforter cover, i made a few calls and send pictures on the whatsapp line, and they told me to prepare it on the box so they can come collect it, i told them i dont have a box, because i dont have the box they cannot help me as its an agreement that they have with their courier company. I've put it in a zipable bag for them to collect they still refuse. To me they dont want to take responsibility and with what i am paying this should be an easy transaction. I never believed they can sell something for this much which will not last even 6 months, for me this is a total ******* and the worst customer service. They also claim they are trying to help me by saying find a box , they should have sold the right product from the begining and im suppose to run around looking for a box. I think this is totally unfair.
