Bad service!

We bought a mixer blender this year early it was delivered but with short things. I called le Morgan and told them about this and they said the manager will call back, I reported this think 3 weeks ago second day after ,I received a call from one of the agents advising that the time they delivered the mixer they didn't have the blend jug now they want us to buy it separate, I asked how do you sell something that is not complete evb the study guide book has everything but the package came short and she said she will call back even today no feedback no response. I'm so frustrated 😠 and angry about this horrible service 😤 how do I pay for something that is incomplete this is totally bull****
