Bad Service

I bought a set of pots from le Morgan and it has been over a year the pots they sent are incorrect I contacted them as soon as I received the pots and still no assistance to come and collect and send the correct one. I have contacted them they do not want to assist saying it should have been reported with 7 days after I got them. I did so and I kept on calling them but no one is willing to assist
