Bad service

I ordered pot set on1/5/2024 i payed R1000 as a deposit, the Angent told me my delivery will recieve end of June , end of June comes no pot, they say i did a layby for 6months they did call me and i greed, that time i never received a call to any one and i know nothing about LAYBY, when trying to do follow up you don't get any answers, i doubt even i will get refund
