BAD MANAGEMENT
I was employed by le morgan working under sweet dreams department. I was so happy I finally find a job and I am going to change my life because of the opportunity the I was given.
Leaving a job is often a significant milestone in one's career journey. My time at Le Morgan was no exception. As I look back on my experience and the reasons that led me to part ways with the company, I wanted to share my reflections and insights with others who might be on a similar path.
Challenging Beginnings: When I joined Le Morgan, I was excited to contribute to a dynamic team and grow both professionally and personally. However, as time went on, I began to notice certain challenges that made it difficult for me to fully realize my potential within the company. Work Environment and Communication: A positive work environment and effective communication are crucial for any professional experience. Unfortunately, I encountered challenges in these areas during my tenure. Communication breakdowns within the team and a lack of collaborative spirit hindered our collective progress and created an atmosphere of frustration. I am saying this because I asked my manager if it it possible for me to be moved from the sweet dreams department to the kitchen department and he said to me 'what are you going to be doing there because what ever is happening you will still be doing that " I accepted that and I continued working. After two days I spoke to the the customer that I had told him about who wanted red cast iron so had to go back to him to ask how far is he with that client because she is asking me and it is a week now. I when I went to him I asked if it is possible we can go and discuss this in his office and he said you can say it here. When I start talking ha stand up and say lets go to my office. When we arrive to the office I was not given chance to explain why was I talking about the pots I was told if I do not want to work I must take my bags and go or I could terminate your contract now because you are still new you can not tell me about being transferred to the kitchen department and he said so many things that I could not even speak for myself, I felt like I was being attacked by something that we could have talk about it as adults and after he said all that I said to him this is the customer I told you about last week. he just said ok I thought is a another one. I worked the whole months not in a good mood because of that. The Decision to Leave: Leaving a job is never an easy decision, but in the end, I felt that parting ways with Le Morgan was the best choice for my personal and professional growth. While the decision was not made lightly, I believe that acknowledging when a situation is no longer serving one's aspirations is a crucial step toward a brighter future Moving Forward: As I move forward from my experience at Le Morgan, I am focused on finding an environment that better aligns with my values, offers room for growth, and encourages open communication and collaboration. Reflecting on my time at Le Morgan, I'm reminded of the importance of taking ownership of one's career path and making choices that contribute to long-term fulfillment.
