Bad experience
I regret buying from Le Morgan. I purchased my pots 2 years ago, and within that short time, 3 of the lids have broken knobs. I was shocked to be told I need to pay for them to be fixed or replaced. Where is the 'lifetime guarantee' that was promised? This is very disappointing and feels like false advertising. I would not recommend them to anyone.

15 Sept 2025, 09:39Someone from Le Morgan’s sales department called trying to sell me more pots. I explained that I’ve already lodged a complaint and only want my old pots fixed or replaced. She kept insisting I take a deal for R300 per month, but I told her I can’t give Le Morgan more money while my initial issue is being ignored. All I want is for my existing pots to be replaced,I’m not willing to giv away more money..
