Terrible Apartments and Maintainence Services

I rent in one of their apartments (Meredale Heights) and my stay here is extremely terrible and to move out asap. They make false adverti*****ts on their ads, firstl the apartments are too expensive which is not compatible with the environment on its on. They don't maintain their properties, cupboards are falling off, the electricity meter is just too consuming for no good reason the play area for kids looks extremely terrible such that l wouldn't be shocked if a child falls and gets hurt from the so called swings. Not to talk about the pool, since l moved in, they have never even maintained or cleaned the pool nor the the so called chilling area garden chairs are falling off etc its terrible why then advertise something that you don't provide. You get charged for posts and petties etc almost R600 monthly but the question is which stationery or administrative duties are you charged for as they send the statement via email,that's just a ****. People consistently move out for such reasons, including myself as it is kids aren't allowed to play by their terrible looking play area for some reason we don't know then why are we paying so much rent for our kids to look miserable in this place as if they're in jail. I wouldn't recommend someone to even stay here.
