le matt property and alleyroad not good company

hello my name is mirriam moleli on February 2024 i sign the contract with le matt property for the apartment in Vanderbijlpark name Hemingway heights CW 5and the contract start date was 01/03/2024. but the apartment was not what it is advertised the card were broken the stove was faulty and the light did not work. so i communicated back the the account ladies name Cindy and Karien to canceled the contract and refund me back the amount that i payee of R8422 but they said i mast speak with Basetsana from alleyroad as the give them the money i did call Basetsana and the company but still i have not get my money so please help me to get my money back
