Burnt food

I had a unpleasant experience recently, i have been buying from Le Gourmet store in Festival mall since 2019 i liked everything... But 2 weeks ago i bought a pie, as i was eating i realized its dry and burnt, i took it back yo the store since it's not far from my office. The rude Zimbabwean lady that was on duty on that day said it's s against their policy to take a half eaten pie & she can't help me cos the boss is not around, but she did see the pie was burnt & didn't not care to assist. In my experience of Le Gourmet I've never bought a burnt pie it was the first time and getting that horrible service👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
