USELESS interior designer

At beginning September lampshade frame and own material delivered to showroom to be recovered.<br> Was told 10 working days for delivery. To date she has NEVER contacted me regarding status of my order in spite of being paid in full as requested. I have followed up in person numerous times with the showroom and have had so many excuses about her failure to deliver my item as stipulated - car trouble, attending a funeral, collecting children - that it's now unbelievable. I was told originally that on 14 September that I could collect. On 20 September I was again told that it would be available on 22 September and that they would call me.<br> It is now more than a month later and I still do not have my lampshade NOR do I have any indication from Yanka as to when it will be ready. Neither have they contact me since I was in the showroom AGAIN on Tuesday this week and still no delivery , feedback or response from this business.<br> DO NOT USE this interior designer ever as she has NO concept of customer service!<br> Thank you for RUINING a birthday surprise
