Wrong order delivered

I decided to order online with Le Creuset my first ever purchase with Le Creuset. I received wrong order on top of that no one kept me up to date to manage anxiety. I was kept in the dark as to when the right order will be dispatched upon follow up not once, the then advise that they are still trying to source my order but seeing that they wont be able to source at the time that I anticipate ( as if I had set the time), they offered a refund, which is fine by me. They lack customer service bottom line. I wait in anticipation for my refund.
