Well done LeCreuset & Lilly!

I visited LeCreuset's Centurion store last week. I left my number with the sales Lady, Lilly, and thought that would be it. I've left my number at much bigger institutions in the past. I'm still awaiting their call. This morning I received a call from Lilly to say that she could not find an exact match to what I was looking for. But she phoned me back with loads of kindness, a plan, and a willingness to help me that I've not experienced in a long time! Lilly, I can not tell you how much your willingness and kind call meant to me this morning, after a difficult week where nothing would go my way. May we have more Lilly's in every store across South Africa. Well done LeCreuset on staff you can be proud of!
