Unbelievable service

I had dropped my Le Creuset kettle which had cracked. I went into the store to get advice on how I could repair it. The sales assistant stressed that it was unable to be repaired but they could possibly help me to locate one from the warehouse. As the lid was still ok. They called in a few days to say that had a replacement kettle for me - free of charge. Incredible service.
