The lifetime warranty is real

I had purchased a LC casserole pot online which started getting hot spots after some time. So, I contacted the online store to enquire what I could do. They suggested that I take the pot into a LC store. However, my closest store is about 120km away. So Mary then arranged for a courier to collect the pot from my home, they assessed it and when it turned out that the pot would need to be replaced, they sent me a replacement pot also by courier. I am very impressed by the warranty and the service and will definitely continue being a LC client.
