The customer care of Le Creuset is extremely poor.

I reported that our non-stick Le Creuset pans with a so-called life-time warrantee, became dangerous to use since their non-stick "layer" started to come off after a few years. Customer care at Le Creuset first said it was normal wear and tear and later that they got to hot - the latter which is not true. I received a mail via Hellopeter on the 3 November 2023 that Le Creuset will contact me. It is no more than two months later and they did not contact me.
