Price is not the only consideration

When people balk at the price of Le Creuset products, they should consider this story:

A while ago I went to Le Creuset in Sandton City with a skillet that dropped. A small chip broke off the side and I enquired as to whether it could be repaired.

A young lady asked me to wait while she made enquiries as to how she could assist me.

A short while later she arrived with a NEW skillet that was the uprated version of my original skillet - no questions asked, no explanations required.

THAT is true customer service.
