PLease get a competent delivery company

I ordered xmas gifts for my staff and completed the online order clearly filling in the Shipping Address and Billing Address. However RAM couriers does not know the difference between a Shipping Address and Billing Address as they repeatedly tried to deliver packages to the Billing address despite me explaining where the items should be delivered. Le Creuset support was not much help and their response was poor. As it stands xmas gifts purchased on 25 November is still not delivered and my staff is gone on holiday. This is quite an embarrassment. I have given Le Creuset gifts to my team for the past 5 years but this was the last time I will be using Le Creuset.
