Order fulfilled incorrectly but sorted so quickly!

I ordered some items from [URL Removed] for my wife's Birthday and they arrived on time but when unwrapping the items we found that there was a mixup with the items and also colours. I dropped a mail to [Email Removed] asking what can be done to sort this out....<br> <br> Literally 60 seconds later I get a call and the incorrect item is being collected in the next few days and the correct one is already on its way!
