Online purchase hasn’t arrived 3 weeks later.

Placed an order May 17th, for my wife’s birthday on the 28th of May. Was told it would arrive in 5-7 working days... more than enough time right?

No. It’s the 4th off June and still nothing.

Emails, phone calls, promises. I didn’t pay for promises. I paid for the products. They are mine so please deliver them to me or refund me.
