Non stick frying pan

I got a Le Creuset non stick frying pan for my wife 14 months ago which cost approx R1800.00. The non-stick is not working anymore making it just a very expensive normal frying pan. This is most likely our fault as my sons often cook in it and don't always remember to use the silicon egg lifter. I went to the Somerset West branch to ask if I can have the non-stick redone and was told that they don't do it, and don't recommend anyone else does it either. But they did offer me a discount of \up-to 15%\" on a new frying pan if I traded my old one in.
I furiously left the shop vowing never to spend so much on pots again, only to see a magazine this week (Fairlady) gives a discount voucher of 15% on any Le Creuset product - just by buying the magazine.
What a crock.

"
