Le crueset online shopping is horrible!

I ordered 3 items almost 2 weeks ago and I went with click and collect. My items have only been dispatched a week later and I have not heard back from the store at all. Theres no help theres no feedback theres nothing regarding my order! It's extremely unprofessional to be waiting like this begging for feedback, I've sent multiple emails and no response! Poor customer service!
