Le Creuset Warranty ..Brilliant

<p>We bought a Whistling Tea Kettle about 3 yrs ago. The lid cracked ( one of the pieces split in two.) We contacted le Creuset to find out if we could have it repaired. Wel!!! Not, when did you buy it or where did you buy it or what happened..just an offer to replace it. They even paid the courier to collect and deliver. Hard to believe in this day and age. Well done Le Creuset!!! Cannot give you enough accolades</p>
