Le Creuset: That is what I call service

I bought a Le Creuset pan a few years ago. Because it is an expensive item, I treated it with extra care, always handwashing it carefully and never using steel utensils. However, it developed a small sticky patch in the middle. Remembering the "lifetime guarantee", I took it back to a Le Creuset store, not expecting much as we have all had experiences with "lifetime guarantees". They took the pan in and the very next day phoned me to tell me I could collect a brand new pan. That is what I call service.
