Le Creuset staff member, Gwen at Brooklyn, an absolute star!

After battling for about an hour to pay for an item online at Le Creuset, I eventually rang their Brooklyn store to find out if they had stock of an item on special. A saleswoman, Gwen, offered to check their stores and let me know. She did this within minutes, and I very happily collected my purchase. A million thanks to Gwen who went the extra mile to assist me with an item for which there is very limited stock. But I am not impressed with Le Creuset's online payment system.
