Le Creuset (SA) gives excellent service.

We purchased amongst other things from Le Creuset, a cast iron pan with non-stick coating pan a few years ago at Brooklyn Mall. The pan has a life-long guarantee. I was doubtful about the "life-long" aspect of the guarantee. The pan had an initial fault and developed more faults. A few days ago, I decided to return the pan, so that they can see the failure of their product. After consultation, the Garden Route Mall branch, gave me a replacement pan, which is more expensive since the exact replacement product was not available is SA! We used now the replacement a few times and therefore we can say that this is fantastic service. Thank You very much. We are very pleased with the Le Creuset products we have: Non-stick pan and a large wok, and other cast iron, enameled cookware. The one thing I must say, the pan we had was initially warped from the start and I realised it, only after some time, but it was useable. The new pan is perfectly flat on the induction hob.
