Le Creuset review correction

I recently wrote review complaining about frying pan from le Creuset. In 24 hours i have received phone call from Regional Manager asking for details. After explanation I was offered an apology and today was replaced with new pan. I have several products from Le Creuset and I am happy with all of them except this one pan. I want to make it public that the way they handled my complain is exceptional and now i can truly recommend Le Creuset product again to everybody. I think with this pan I was just unlucky but everything was made up and I am still your customer. Thanks Michelle
