Le Creuset lives its brand

Our hob Kettle started coming apart inside and Le Creuset replaced it without hesitation and retrained us on how to care for the new kettle. Then in Dec 2022 our non-stick pan became a "stick" pan. We took it to Le Creuset in Centurion Mall and within 4 days they replaced it with a new one. Cathy who served us deserves a medal.
