Le Creuset kettle
I bought a pink stove-top kettle from you a few years ago and as I don't drink tea or coffee it was purely decorative. I've probably boiled water in it 6 times, if not less. To find recently that the spout on the inside is rusting is beyond comprehension. I will never buy another product from your company on the back of this.

The same day I posted I was contacted by Shannon who arranged for me to swap my kettle for a new one, I picked that up today from your store in Sandton City. The staff in the shop were also incredibly helpful. All in all, your customer service has been exemplary, I am very impressed! Thank you so much!
