Good Morning

RE: Le Creuset Brooklyn

I refer to the call from a person from Brooklyn Mall Le Creuset this morning who was not very professional.

She asked me did the dishes fall etc and clearly do not want to assist to my problem. Why will I bump the dishes of let the dishes fall on the ground?

Is there another person who can understand the problem and assist me? For the record, I have posted this problem now on social media. I want this dished to be replaced.
