Le Creuset

After some seven years of use. my wife noticed a deterioration of the cooking surface of one of our Le Creuset pans, which she considered to be unreasonable. We took the pan in for an assessment at Le Creuset's Fourways Mall branch. We were assisted by Valentia, who went out of her way to help us get our assessment processed quickly and notified us of the assessment outcome within three days, (which included two weekend days!) The outcome is that we now have a new pan, and we were treated with absolute professionalism and efficiency by Valentia, who is an excellent brand ambassador for Le Creuset. Well done to Le Creuset for honouring its lifetime guarantee. Also, our thanks go to Valentia at the Fourways Mall branch of Le Creuset - who surpassed our expectations regarding customer service.
