Just impressed with their service about a travel mug lid

My travel mug's lid dropped and the tiny knobby that holds it in place, broke off with the fall. I emailed to ask about a replacement lid/flap but they said that they unfortunately don't sell them separately. They do, however, have a lid that they will ship to me at no extra cost to me! Wow, what after purchase service. Thank you Le Crueset.
