Inappropriate behaviour

I was your store in morning side on friday afternoon when I overheard a conversation by the manager of the store. It was very personal and from what I could hear this women (Manager) was addressing something extremely inappropriate over the work phone. Maybe you should listen to the call if it was even recorded. As a regular customer, I find that professionalism has left the floor as I could hear everything. Seems like Le Creuset should review the things there staff gets up to during working hours. Yes it was the Manager of the store.
