Great Service from a Online Order

I registered and placed an online order with Le Creuset on the 28 December 2023. The site stated that they were in fact closed for the festive period, but online orders would be accepted and attended to early in the new year. I went ahead as it was not urgent at that time. On the 2nd January 2024 I received an email informing me that my order was being processed. On the 4th January 2024 I received a email stating that my order was on its way. Finally, on the 5th January 2024 (today), I received a email early in the morning stating my order would be delivered today. 8am this morning, my order was delivered. This is first class customer service and I would recommend them highly. Jeff
