Wow thanks so much for your brilliant customer care and after sales service. I got a set of 6 Sorbet Coffee mugs as a gift in November 2019 and the one cup has a stress fracture in it. I contacted Le Creuset (Erika) and not a problem, please take the mug to your nearest store and swop it! No problems and such friendly helpful and quick service. Thanks so much Le Creuset and Erika!
