Great customer experience

I bought a Le Creuset Kettle about 18 months ago and last week parts of the bottom started peeling. I contacted the company on their website on Sunday and within an hour Zaahira phoned me to say that they will exchange it for a new one for me even though I no longer had the box or the slip. She also undertook to arrange that I pick it up at my closest store. What a great customer experience, wish more stores/brands/businesses would take a page out of their book. Keep up the excellent work and rest assured you now have a customer for life. Thank you
