Going the extra mile to provide service with a smile!
I would sincerely like to thank Petula and Nazley, the lovely ladies at le Creuset Constantia Village, for going out of their way to replace my damaged kettle. They went far beyond the line of duty, showing a dedication to service delivery that is very rare these days.
