Fantastic customer service

Le Creuset has the very best customer service! Nothing is ever too much to ask, and they will go out of their way to make sure that you get what you're looking for. Most of the their staff are very friendly and helpful, from the store staff to the web chat staff to the managers. I had an issue last week, and the area manager, Dion Bailey, immediately contacted me and made sure that everything was sorted within the hour. One of the main reasons why Le Creuset will always be one of my favorites!
