I would like to thank Le Creuset South Africa, in particular John Koller and Natasha ( Le Creuset – Bedford Centre) for the exceptional service I received when my Le Creuset Cherry Heart Shaped dish broke. My dish was replaced within 3 days of me taking it to the Bedford Centre branch. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and anyone looking at purchasing Le Creuset products.
