Excellent Service and Post-Sales Interaction

Would like to thank the staff at Le Creuset Somerset Mall for excellent service. Would love to commend the store manager, as well as the other two staff members on their assistance - unfortunately did not get their names. We had an issue with our kettle and the staff were prompt in assessing and solving the matter. It is not the first time that we have entered the store and there has been such great will to assist and friendly staff-customer interaction, which is always so lovely to experience! Thank you for the pleasant service.
