Excellent online service

We had an issue with one of our Le Creuset products and the online agent Charlene Gallacher was truly extremely helpful. Not only was she working at odd hours but she also went the extra mile to continue to follow up and ensure a great customer experience. Hope the store we now need to visit will give the same level of service
