Excellent Online and Social media service

This has to be the best service I have ever experienced in South Africa. I did an online order and chose the wrong item by mistake. I only realised this once my order was completed. I sent a message to their whattsapp line on a weekend and within a minute, someone was already responding to my query . They ammended my order and the entire query took 6 minutes from start to finish.

Gift card: I had a Le Creuset gift card that expired. I sent through the query and they were happy to replace it, no questions asked.

Social media: I asked for assistance in purchasing a pot for particular dishes I wanted to cook. Their social media account immediately assisted me and gave me various options to choose from.

Not only is this the best quality for money but their before, during and after sales service is absolutely brilliant!!!

I am absolutely obsessed with the products and services.
