Disappointing service by Le Crueset SA

The most disappointing experience ever. I ordered a bottle WA-145 , the corners were peeling and it had scratches.I then asked for an EXCHANGE only gor the product to be collected back and me refunded without any communication.when i enquired i was told it was out of stock. On the 30th Nov I ordered some stuff again, on the 4th i received a message saying they are shipped. No communication to date.
