Customer Service doesn't match the Rumor of Quality

Recently I saw that Le Creuset had a sale. I saw this an an opportunity to order cookware to fill in my collection. The descriptions of the linked "sale" items were incomplete in terms of their size, and as I discovered when I received the items-so were the quality and finish of the color of the pans. White gloss vs. matte enamel. When I called to return the items I was told all sale items were final. I said that was not clearly stated- I was told it was. When I looked at the confirmation it was in tiny, tiny type at the bottom of a very long email, which purposed to sell me more cookware. I'm truly disappointed - as I thought the quality of their service should match the quality of their cookware. Well, I guess it's Staub for me now. Oui revoir Le Creuset.
