Bad Service Le Crueset

So dissapointed in Le Crueset and i would not recommend their products which are of an inferior quality. My enamel chipped not due to negligence on my part and all they were willing to do was replace my lid which is a different shape and design or offer me 30 percent off buying a replacement. Will not be buying another le crueset product and will also let my friends and family know of this terrible client service. My kettle is only 10 months old
