Awesome Service

I have a Tea Pot from a discontinued line and the lid broke. I asked the store employees if they would look into trying to located one for me. I left my details. The called me a week later to give me a progress report to say they hadn't been able to locate one yet, but were still trying. On Wednesday I received and sms to let me know that the item was in store. I collected it yesterday and was so impressed with the friendly helpful vibe of all employees in the store. They also gave me the item at no cost! What a wonderful experience.
