Terrible service

I bought sneakers for my 3 year old Dec 16.From just wearing them twice, the rubber on the front of the shoe started pealing. Sent them back to East rand mall branch and was told to wait till their head office opened Jan 6 so they can access the damage. I have complained on Twitter and their very head office number *** rings till it disconnects. Their Joburg manager Sello, told me there was nothing he could for me. I'm sitting with a R600 pair of shoes that my son cannot wear
