Refund at le coq sportif is a night mere

On the 3rd of January 2023 I went to le Coq sportif atacornhoek mall to return shoes which I bought on cash I was told they don't have to refund me ,I'll have to come back when they have cash I asked them when are you guys going to have cash the answer was we are not sure , they took the shoes and the till slip promising me that as soon as they have cash they'll deposit it in to my account till today the day of the 05 Feb I haven't received any cent from them. Iam very frustrated how le coq treated me and I'll never set my foot there
