poor service

I bought a pair of sneakers yesterday 29.10.2021 at the Highveld mall store. I walked in the store the staff was very friendly. I explained tot he sales rep that my work shoe worn-out busted due to the heavy rain and I needed something ASAP. To my surprise when I arrived at home, the shoe was falling apart. the shoe had this falling out. I returned back to the store this morning for a replacement. the tell me they don't have stock, I then requested for a refund cause my situation was dire and in desperate need for a new shoe. The told me the refund with done next week. I had to go and borrow money so I can buy another shoe else where because I couldn't wait that long till i get my refund
