Le Coq Sportif is not returning my money & they took their item back.

I regret buying my tekkie at La Coque in the Mall of the South. I bought my shoe on 30.10.2021. I then decided to return the shoe the next day on 31.10.2021. France told me that it's still early the store has not made any cash. He said he will call me once he has the money I need (R1299). I went back to the store after a few minutes, France told me that he only has R400. I told him I will go back home & I will wait for his call, He never called. On Monday I called the store that when France told me that his manager said he can rather transfer my money back into my account but not a debit account & if I have an FNB account it will only take less than 24 hours for my money to reflect. I drove to the mall and he transferred R1299. Till now it's not reflecting in my account. France said they can't give me the cash that was in the till because the finance office will fight with him as they want all their money. I don't have my money & I also don't have my shoe
