Le Coq sandton pathetic customer care

Disgusting servICe from Le Coq sandton city from staff member Khutso.1 week ago I requested a shoe from another store I was told it will take 2 weeks to arrive I said to the staff to inform the woodmead store I will collect it there. I arrived at woodmead and was told the shoe has been sent to sandton. I was never informed of this and upon arriving at sandton I was confronted by a rude, arrogant and ******** staff member by the name of Khutso. Instead of apologizing for all the lack of client care he started becoming abusive towards me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE
